Apple or Fruit Crisp

Crisp Recipe

Gluten and dairy free

6 peeled and sliced apples or 4 cups of fresh or frozen berries or peaches
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon

Topping:
1 cup Battenkill Brittle Crumble
1/2 cup oats
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp canola oil

Preheat oven to 375. Mix fruit with maple syrup and cinnamon. Place into a 10” square baking pan. Mix together topping and spread on top of fruit. Bake at 375 for 25 min. Top with vanilla ice cream or eat for breakfast!
