Apple or Fruit Crisp

Crisp Recipe

Gluten and dairy free

6 peeled and sliced apples or 4 cups of fresh or frozen berries or peaches
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon

Topping:
1 cup Battenkill Brittle Crumble
1/2 cup oats
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp vegetable oil or butter

Preheat oven to 375. Mix together Battenkill Crumble, oats, maple syrup and vegetable oil or butter. Mix apples, berries or fruit with 2T maple syrup & 1t cinnamon. Put fruit into a 10” square baking pan. Top with crumble mixture. Bake at 375 for 25 min. Top with vanilla ice cream or eat for breakfast! For a more crumbly topping, you can grind Crumble in a food processor.
