Almost sugar-free! The only sweetener is in Crumble.
1 1/2 cups applesauce
3 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup canola oil
1 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
3/4 cup Battenkill Brittle Crumble + extra for topping
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together wet ingredients. Add dry. Pour into muffin tins. Top with extra Crumble. Bake for 20 minutes.
